Suzanne has been practising as a Clinical Dietitian for over 18 years. Having worked as a Senior Dietitian in KK Women's and Children's Hospital for over 10 years, Suzanne has comprehensive knowledge in treating adults and children with nutritional problems. Prior to KK Hospital, she has managed adult medical nutrition therapy for general medicine, neurological medicine and cardiac medicine through her working experience at Tan Tock Seng Hospital, Polyclinics and private hospitals. Over the course of her career, she has contributed to articles in Singapore magazines and newspapers and delivered talks and trainings on nutrition. Suzanne has special interests in nutrition for children, pregnant mothers, weight management, digestive disorders, nutrition in feeding difficulties, diet therapy for neurological disorders and eating disorders.

Some of the conditions that she manages include: gestational diabetes, diabetes Type 1 and Type 2, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), infertility, poor weight gain in pregnancy, hyperemesis gravidarum, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), underweight/IUGR, overweight/obesity, allergy, eating disorders, poor weight gain in children/fussy eating/infant feeding difficulties/food aversion in children and diet therapy for neurological disorders (e.g. ketogenic diet). Suzanne obtained her undergraduate degree in Dietetics with honours from the National University of Malaysia and postgraduate degree (Masters of Health Science Education) from University of Sydney Australia. She underwent further specialization in Dietetics during her HMDP (Health Manpower Development Plan) - Eating Disorders and Ketogenic Diet at SickKids - The Hospital for Sick Children, Toronto, Canada. She has undergone further training-certified in SOS Approach to Feeding, and is a Monash Fodmap trained dietitian. She is strongly supportive of extended breastfeeding and has personally (& hopefully her children) benefitted from this. She is a member of the Singapore Nutrition and Dietetics Association and American Society for Nutrition.

Ms Helen Tan has been in the beauty, spa and wellness training industry for over 38 years, certified with CIBTAC, ITEC, & CIDESCO qualifications in Aesthetic, Body, Face & Body Electrotherapy, Spa, Aromatherapy, Advance Skincare Treatments, IPL, Microdermabrasion.

She has also been a trainer and international examiner with CIDESCO International & ITEC for over 25 years.

Her professional career is in training, spa licensing, consultancy, courseware development with ACTA & DACE qualifications, and managing 5-star hotel spas and an airport.

Ms. Na Yi Ting is the principal physician and co-founder of Yi TCM clinic, which focuses greatly on fertility, pregnancy care and confinement. She accumulated vast experience in individualized confinement care for patients who have delivered under her care. She provides TCM training for physicians.

During her term at the Fertility Clinic at Singapore Thong Chai Medical Institution (2016 - 2021), her keen interest in fertility has helped many patients conceive naturally. She led the fertility group to develop a complementary TCM regime for patients trying to conceive through Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) such as IVF and IUI. She provided confinement treatements and advice to her patients who had delivered. She has provided training for trainee fertility physicians during her term.

Mey is a psychotherapist who journeys with individuals to mental wellness. Having lived through life-changing experiences in physical and mental health challenges, she now dedicates her time to helping people - a shift from her previous work in the financial sector. Therapy is now her main thrust of work. Mey uses Integrated Psychotherapy, with specialisation in Clinical Hypnotherapy.

Mey enjoys volunteering in the community, and serves on the Board of Care Community Services Society (CCSS). She also develops programmes and provides training in the area of mental health and wellbeing with charities and educational institutions. Mey also hosts online platforms for art therapy - for mother and child, and for mature ladies, with the primary focus on mental wellness.

Having spent much of her work life engaging the analytical mind, Mey now seeks to explore her creative mind through various expressions: writing, drawing, music, etc. etc. Her recent work is Little Kapal, a published illustrated storybook, which raised funds for children with rare illnesses in Singapore and Malaysia.

Sivaneswary is a senior lecturer at the School of Health Sciences, where she also serves as the Overseas Programme (OSP) Senior Manager and Personalised Learning Pathway (PLP) coordinator. She holds a Master’s in Science (Nursing Practice), Post-Graduate Certificate in Teaching and Post-Basic Certificate in Midwifery Nursing. Her extensive background as a nurse educator at a private medical centre and her diverse working experiences across three different countries as a nurse equip her with a unique and valuable perspective in her field.

She is dedicated to empowering future nurses and fostering excellence in nursing education. She is committed to adhering to evidence-based guidelines and hospital policies with a passion for high standards of nursing care for mothers and babies. Her approach to teaching is both transformative and inspiring, guiding students towards improved care outcomes for their clients. She teaches full-time and part-time nursing and healthcare-related courses .

In her role, she designs and implements innovative educational strategies that cater to the diverse needs of her students. She collaborates with international partners to enhance the learning experience through overseas programmes and personalised learning pathways. She stays abreast of the latest advances in nursing education and practice.

Siti Radiah is a dedicated nursing educator with a strong focus on paediatric, obstetric and gynaecology, and palliative care nursing. With a Specialist Diploma in Palliative Care Nursing, a Postgraduate Diploma in Higher Education, a Bachelor of Health Science (Nursing), and an Advanced Diploma in Nursing (Paediatrics), she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her teaching role.

Siti has been a polytechnic lecturer since 2013, where she specialises in educating future nurses in paediatric and general nursing. Her teaching is deeply informed by her clinical background, which included over a decade of experience in paediatric nursing and three years in Obstetrics and Gynecology (O&G). This diverse clinical experience enables her to provide students with practical insights and real-world applications of their theoretical learning.

In the classroom, she is known for her commitment to student engagement and the development of critical thinking skills. She is passionate about preparing the next generation of nurses to provide high-quality care, particularly in the fields of paediatrics and general nursing, where their expertise truly shines.

Siti’s approach to education is rooted in evidence-based practice and a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by both paediatric individuals and their families. Her dedication to continuous professional development and excellence in teaching ensures that her students are well-prepared to meet the demands of today’s healthcare environment.
