This 1-day Work-SMART On-the-Job Training (OJT) Coach programme is a fast-track course for participants who would like to i) implement structured On-the-Job Training (OJT) to codify best practices and ii) use effective coaching methods to optimize job performance.Course Description
Overview of Workplace LearningA) Understand objectives of structured on-the-job training (OJT)
:Develop structured OJT blueprints for specific job roles, including defining the main tasks and the knowledge, skills & attitude required to complete the main tasks successfully.
:Use SMART goals and training strategies to promote knowledge and skill competencies
B) Understand objectives of workplace coaching
:Conduct workplace coaching by applying key communication skills in a supportive learning environment
:Develop a workplace coaching plan that identifies areas for coaching and improvements in job performance
