By the end of this course, you will develop the skills to provide good plant care & maintenance, prepare simple compost and soil mix at home, making your own pots using household materials, and propagate plants to start your own indoor garden!Course Description
Topics covered are:- Introduction to plant growth requirement –  sunlight, water, soil, air circulation
- Plant selection, preparation of soil mix and containers
- Maintaining healthy plants
- Propagation as an alternative to purchasing plants
- Make your own compost at home using horticulture or kitchen waste (vegetable & fruit scraps)

Sustainable Indoor Gardening
Whether your interest is in edible plants or simply ornamental, learn how to keep your creation free from pesky pests without the use of chemicals. This is a hands-on workshop where you will enjoy preparing your own soil mix, making your own pots using household materials and learning about various methods of plant propagation.
