The Specialist Diploma in Integrating Health & Social Care goes beyond general knowledge by equipping participants with the skills and strategies needed to address the complex challenges of managing health and social issues. Course Description
The Specialist Diploma in Integrating Health & Social Care (SDIS) is a part-time CET course, consisting of the following modules:1) Social Prescribing & Asset-Based Community Development (45hrs)
2) Promoting Positive Health Behaviours to Support Patients and Caregivers (45hrs)
3) Case Management in Health & Social Care (45hrs)
4) Programme Management in the Community (45hrs)
5) Empowering Community through Volunteer Management (45hrs)
6) Group Dynamics and Facilitation (45hrs)
