Course Objectives

More than ever, Organisations today have to negotiate changes in the external and internal enviroment. Organisations which are successful in navigating these changes to drive organisational results are those who are able to effectively negotiate with internal and external stakeholders and get their buy-in. This course will introduce participants to the basic principles and process of negotiation in change management.
