Course Objectives
At the end of the training, the course would equip participants with the following learning outcomes:• Demonstrate understanding of the needs of students based on their cognitive and psychosocial development
• Demonstrate the competency of needs assessment of students during interactions with students
• Demonstrate the competency of application of the communication strategies with students according to the needs of students
Course Description
Day 1 (8 Hours) – Synchronous Online
– Understanding the cognitive developmental stages of children aged 7-14
– Communication techniques with students (Part 1)
Day 2 (8 Hours) – Face to Face
– Communication techniques with students (Part 2)
– Practical Assessment
