Course Objectives
This module will cover the competencies required to understand the effects of hazardous substances on the body, identification of the sources of hazardous substances and the implementation of control measures to manage the risks associated with these substances.Topics covered will include GHS system, safety data sheets, risk assessment and management, chemical hazard communication, PPE, engineering control, and chemical management systems.
