Course Objectives
This course is designed to provide participants with an introduction to the fundamentals of automation in a business context. Through interactive lectures, hands-on labs and activities, participants will learn how to build simple workflows for business scenarios using no code tools.Participants will leave with practical knowledge and skills to start their journey toward automating business processes, thus enabling them to contribute to more efficient and productive workflows within their respective functions. No prior knowledge of automation or coding is required.

- Please note that a 100% refund will be available if the withdrawal request is submitted more than or equal to 14 days before the course start date.
