Course Information
Living in the city can be a deterrent to a passionate gardener due to land scarcity. The good news is, with hydroponics, you don’t need soil or a lot of room to fill an urban space with your favourite plants and greens. Now, it won’t take much to enjoy that freshly-cut basil with your pasta.
Learning Outcomes
This one day course will equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to establish your very own soil-less edible garden.

Lesson Plan
This course consists of 1 modules:
- The different hydroponics systems
- Plant Nutrition
- Media preparation and monitoring
- Controlled Environment Agriculture
- Daily operation and maintenance of hydroponics system
- Seedling propagation and care
Certification
This course will be delivered in English and has NO assessment.
Certificate of Participation will be awarded to participants who achieve at least 75% attendance.
Course Fees
Course fee is payable upon acceptance. It is inclusive of 7% GST and subject to review.

Singaporeans aged 50 years and above who wish to apply for the course at the special course fee will need to email a copy of their NRIC during the course fee payment before the course commencement.
