Course Information

This course is designed to provide middle-level managers in Food Services operations with an introduction to interpreting data related to labour management. Participants will learn to analyse information from diverse sources, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and point-of-sale data. The course equips managers with the skills to effectively manage labour-related levers, optimising workforce efficiency and productivity.

Learning Outcomes

The course aims to equip participants with a comprehensive understanding of labour management through the lens of data analysis.

By the end of this course, participants will possess the skills and knowledge required to leverage data effectively in labour management, ensuring organisations make data-driven decisions to optimise productivity, reduce costs, and adapt to changing workforce dynamics.

Certification

A Certificate of Completion will be awarded to learner who achieve at least 75% attendance and pass all required assessment(s).


A Certificate of Attendance will be awarded to learner who meet the 75% attendance requirement.


Entry Requirements

Practical work experience in middle- to senior-level managerial role, comfortable and proficiency in working with data, including the ability to understand and interpret data sets. C

Effective in using online resources for research and information gathering. Experience in middle-level management role, showcasing an understanding of organisational dynamics, decision-making processes, and team leadership.
