Robotic process automation (RPA) is an emerging form of business process automation technology, and its pace of adoption is increasing significantly. This course focuses on robotic process automation benefits and how the use of software robots can enable your business or clients to become more competitive and agile.
Learning Outcomes
Empower and automate your business with RPA. This course helps you to gain an understanding of each phase of the RPA journey, determine the automation potential of a process, and analyse the business benefits of RPA. You will also learn to use and understand the various functionalities and features of an automation software and develop RPA robots independently.

Lesson Plan
- Assess business processes and identify opportunities for deployment of RPA
- Analyse the business benefits of using RPA and learn the requirements throughout different phases of RPA adoption
- Learn basic functionalities and features of an RPA software
- Hands-on RPA applications on case-based scenarios
- Creating RPA scripts for participants’ own internal processes
- Sharing session on real-life RPA applications
Certification
A Certificate of Performance will be awarded to participants who achieve at least 75% attendance and pass all required assessment(s).
A Certificate of Participation will be awarded to participants who meet the 75% attendance requirement but did not pass all required assessment(s).

SkillsFuture Credit

Co-sponsored learner (##LTVP+): Copy of valid and current Letter of Consent (LOC) from MOM
GST Increment in 2024
