Want to discover the many factors that affect property values and how values are derived? Learn these and more about Valuation as well as the role of a Valuer via our Microlearning Course (MLC) – a self-directed way of learning which you can do anytime and anywhere.
Specially designed for Real Estate Salespersons, this course focuses on residential property valuation to equip you with knowledge to better engage your clients and further enhance your relationship with them. Completion of the bite-sized online sessions will earn you 2 Professional CPD Credits upon achieving a 80% assessment score (multiple attempts allowed).

SkillsFuture Credit
All Singaporeans aged 25 and above can use their $500 SkillsFuture Credit from the government to pay for a wide range of approved skills-related courses. Visit the SkillsFuture Credit website to choose from the courses available on the Training Exchange course directory.
Union Training Assistance Programme (UTAP)
