Course Information

The skill to negotiate effectively is often crucial in business and plays a key role in determining success. By creating a win-win situation for both parties, the art of effective negotiation could mean greater profits for all, as well as build improved relationships and establish quality solutions that last.

Learning Outcomes

This 3-day facilitated workshop will teach you about the negotiation process, as well as its stages and skills. You will learn how to easily plan and prepare for a successful win-win negotiation session, and how to use cutting-edge negotiation strategies. Whether you are an entrepreneur needing to improve your bottom-line, an executive looking to play a leadership role, or a newly-promoted manager looking to make an impact, this course will help you become a better negotiator and function with greater impact.

  5. Negotiation Tips for a successful negotiation

Certification

A Certificate of Performance will be awarded to participants who achieve at least 75% attendance and pass all required assessment(s).


A Certificate of Participation will be awarded to participants who meet the 75% attendance requirement but did not pass all required assessment(s).


Entry Requirements

Participants with a working knowledge of business English and should be conversant with basic PC skills.

Course Fees

Funding period for this course is till 31 Dec 2024.

SkillsFuture Credit
