Course Information

This course focuses on content marketing on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram and TikTok) in the successful engagement of potential customers.

At the end of the workshop, participants will meet the learning objectives listed below.

• Sharpen your acumen for digital marketing using the latest digital platforms, tools and techniques.
• Create a sustainable content strategy that can enhance your brand equity and engage suspects into becoming prospects / leads in a customer lifecycle journey.

Learning Outcomes

The course will cover the following:

1. Digital Marketing, the Customer Journey, and the Marketing Funnel

2. Introduction to Content Marketing for Lead Generation
– Pinpoint and understand various approaches to driving traffic to your content assets and acquiring new followers and leads.
– Learn and optimise the functions of Facebook, Instagram & TikTok to gain maximum audience traction.

3. Introduction to Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
– Optimise your website for improved Google search ranking.

4. Build a content plan
– Develop content buckets and a content calendar.
– Establish a brand voice.

Trainer's Profile

Hamzah Alsagoff

Hamzah has over three decades of experience in marketing communication convergence and through-the-line, 360-degree strategic communication. As a strategist, he leads and works directly with brands across a diverse range of categories such as FMCG, retail, IT, cosmetics, property, and automobile. His strength is being able to connect the dots in an evolving and integrated world of omni-channel communication driven by rich data, ensuring that not only offline and online touchpoints form part of the customer journey but that convergence also straps event engagement, below-the-line communication, and social media marketing.

Hamzah is a seasoned instructor having taught working adults since 2013 through various training providers including Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Nanyang Polytechnic, and M.A.D. School.

Certification

A Certificate of Completion will be awarded to learner who achieve at least 75% attendance and pass all required assessment(s).


A Certificate of Attendance will be awarded to learner who meet the 75% attendance requirement.
