The course aims to equip caregivers with essential counselling skills to effectively communicate and provide emotional support to their loved ones.

Course Description

The participants should be able to :
1.   apply the basics of effective communication skills,
2.   apply active listening techniques in a given scenario;
3.   demonstrate empathetic and non-judgemental support skills in role play; and
4.   discuss how to recognize and manage emotion stress in caregiving situations.
