Course Objectives
At the end of the training, the course would equip participants with the following learning outcomes:• Demonstrate understanding of the important roles played by the stakeholders and their impact on the students' development
• Demonstrate understanding of the benefits of working with stakeholders
• Demonstrate the competency of application of communication techniques and strategies in working with stakeholders in supporting the development of students under their care
Course Description
In this 16- hour short course adopting a blended learning model over 2 days, learners will appreciate the importance working with stakeholders of students (such as Parents, Caregivers, Teachers, Relatives etc) in supporting the development of students in the student setting context. The significant roles of these stakeholders, their impact on the students and the benefits of working with stakeholders will be examined. Learners will also learn to apply communication techniques and strategies in working with the stakeholders so that they can better support the students under their care.This is one of the four short courses that can be taken separately by learners and stacked towards the Certificate in Student Management.

- Please note that a 100% refund will be available if the withdrawal request is submitted more than or equal to 14 days before the course start date.
