Course Information
This course is designed to provide foundational knowledge of ITIL 4 and its practices allowing learners to gain knowledge on how IT service management (ITSM) principles can improve IT services, focusing on key elements such as the service value system and the four dimensions of service management. Participants can learn how to improve IT services using ITIL guidelines and apply ITSM principles and practises.
Learning Outcomes
This course offers the participant with comprehensive understanding of the ITIL 4 concepts, terminology and principles being applied for IT Service Management.
It embraces key concepts from Lean, Agile and DevOps to provide an integrated, collaborative and holistic approach to deliver business value for an organization. After the completing course, the participant will be equipped with adequate knowledge to prepare themselves for the ITIL 4 Foundation exam.

Certification
A Certificate of Completion will be awarded to learner who achieve at least 75% attendance and pass all required assessment(s).
A Certificate of Attendance will be awarded to learner who meet the 75% attendance requirement.
Entry Requirements
- Basic IT literacy
- It is recommended the participant to have at least 1 year of working experience in IT industry
