Course Information

This course focuses on content marketing on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram and TikTok) in the successful engagement of potential customers, funnelling towards conversion. At the end of the workshop, participants will meet the learning objectives listed below.

•Sharpen your acumen for digital marketing using the latest digital platforms, tools and techniques.

•Develop a content strategy to generate prospects / leads and convert these prospects / leads into customers, and thereafter loyal customers in the customer lifecycle journey.

Learning Outcomes

The course will cover the following:

1. A refresher on Digital Marketing, the Customer Journey, and the Marketing Funnel

2. Ideation techniques for content creation – How to plan for each content post: Objective, Message & Placement. – Developing a story arc for long-form vs. short-form content for various platforms and placements.

3. Copywriting & storyboarding – Learn copywriting and scriptwriting fundamentals. – Learn the fundamentals of storyboarding for short video content and video production.

4. Setting up a livestream – Learn the basic set-up for livestreaming on various social media platforms.

5. Introduction to Meta Ads Manager & TikTok Ads Manager – Learn to set up a basic ad campaign on each platform. – A/B testing

Trainer's Profile

Hamzah Alsagoff

Hamzah has over three decades of experience in marketing communication convergence and through-the-line, 360-degree strategic communication. As a strategist, he leads and works directly with brands across a diverse range of categories such as FMCG, retail, IT, cosmetics, property, and automobile. His strength is being able to connect the dots in an evolving and integrated world of omni-channel communication driven by rich data, ensuring that not only offline and online touchpoints form part of the customer journey but that convergence also straps event engagement, below-the-line communication, and social media marketing.

Hamzah is a seasoned instructor having taught working adults since 2013 through various training providers including Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Nanyang Polytechnic, and M.A.D. School.

Certification

A Certificate of Completion will be awarded to learner who achieve at least 75% attendance and pass all required assessment(s).


A Certificate of Attendance will be awarded to learner who meet the 75% attendance requirement.
