Whether for personal content creation on social media, or for more commercial purposes, drone piloting is now accessible to all. More, it is fast changing the business and job landscape, making it one of the most sought-after skills to pick up today.
Learning Outcomes
Elevate your skill set with knowledge of drones and their functions, settings and more. You’ll learn how to capture photos from high vantage points in the air, control the drone via hand gesture as well as basic photo and video editing skills to present an aerial video storyline. You’ll also be able to learn how to select and buy your first drone based on specifications.

Trainer's Profile
School of Engineering
He has 6 years of flying drone experience (up to 25 kg class). He is also the current Head of Training for Ngee Ann Polytechnic UATO (Unmanned Aircraft Training Organisation). He has conducted 10 over runs of Unmanned Aircraft Pilot License (UAPL) since started in Oct 2023 and 20+ runs of Drone Videography and Piloting basic.
Certification
A Certificate of Completion will be awarded to learner who achieve at least 75% attendance and pass all required assessment(s).
A Certificate of Attendance will be awarded to learner who meet the 75% attendance requirement.
Course Fees
Funding period for this course is from 23 Oct 2017 to 30 Sep 2024.
SkillsFuture Credit
All Singaporeans aged 25 and above can use their $500 SkillsFuture Credit from the government to pay for a wide range of approved skills-related courses. Visit the SkillsFuture Credit website to choose from the courses available on the Training Exchange course directory.
Union Training Assistance Programme (UTAP)

Long Term Visit Pass Plus (LTVP+) holders, please furnish the following documents to the course administrator to qualify for SSG funding:
Self-sponsored learner (**LTVP+): Copy of your green visit pass card, with the word ‘PLUS’ on the back of the card.
Co-sponsored learner (##LTVP+): Copy of valid and current Letter of Consent (LOC) from MOM
GST Increment in 2024
